Kelly RM Ihme, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Distance Education at the U.S. Army War College and a lieutenant colonel and Intelligence Officer for the PA ANG. She is a board-certified psychiatric nurse with a PhD in Organization Development and Leadership Psychology from the University of Arizona. Her main research areas are mindfulness, cyber defense, and behavioral health as they intersect with national defense.
