Todd Greentree

Todd Greentree, a former Foreign Service Officer, served in five wars, beginning with El Salvador in the early 1980s and mostly recently in Afghanistan. He was on the Strategy and Policy faculty at the US Naval War College, a visiting scholar at the Merrill Center for Strategic Studies at Johns Hopkins SAIS, and currently is a member of the Changing Character of War Centre at Oxford University, where he received his PhD.
