William M. Donnelly

William M. Donnelly is an Army veteran of the Persian Gulf War and a senior historian in the Histories Division, U.S. Army Center of Military History. He is the author of Under Army Orders: The Army National Guard during the Korean War and We Can Do It: The 503d Field Artillery Battalion in the Korean War.
